Since 1986, The Traditional Window Company has built a trusted reputation for craftsmanship and customer care. Our skilled team combines time-honoured joinery techniques with modern materials to create high-quality timber sash windows, casement windows, and doors—tailored for both period and contemporary properties.

We welcome you to visit our workshop in Tyseley, Birmingham, where you can see firsthand how we work and watch your bespoke commission being brought to life.

A family-run business from the start, we were founded by Graham Deegan and are now led by his son, Simon Deegan—our Managing Director and a fully qualified joiner like his father before him.

From Our Workshop to Your Home

Based in Tyseley, Birmingham, The Traditional Window Company offers full measuring and installation services across the West Midlands, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire. We’re also happy to travel within a 50-mile radius of our workshop for projects further afield.

For customers beyond our local area, we provide a nationwide supply-only service on all our handcrafted timber windows and doors.

Traditional Conservatories made me a beautiful arch top frame and gate in Accoya to my template and size . They spray finished it . Looks amazing. They are one of the best manufacturers in the Midlands and very knowledgeable and helpful, we have used them many times and will continue to do so . Traditional Conservatories have been replacing or re-furbishing our Edwardian windows for about 20 years, and we have always been delighted with the quality of their work. They have recently replaced the frame for a a very fragile stained glass window. The work was undertaken with great care and we are delighted with the result.
